What people want to know about my services:

  • I would love to work with you. How do I get started?
    To get booked in, please reach out via email or direct number to secure your appointment. Please note: I do not offer walk-ins - a prior appointment is required as I am a traveling notary.
  • Which notary services do you offer?
    I offer all general notary work, including witness-only signings and real estate loan document signings. Please note: I do not do apostilles, notarizing birth certificates, or I-9's. Please schedule a booking prior as I am not on location during normal business hours.
  • Which industries do you work with?
    I have extensive experience working with clients within real estate, offering a wide-ranging selection of services. I often work with mortgage lenders and real estate brokers, as well as buyers/ sellers for real estate document signings and limited general notary work unless via appointment.
  • What do your services entail?
    I offer many services, far beyond normal notarial duties. In short, I am confident in escrow processes, the expectations of lenders, title companies, and borrowers, executing loan documents, and how to provide excellent service to all that I work with. To streamline my processes, I have the following packages; Purchase Package, Seller Package, Commercial Package, HELOC, Refinances.
  • Are you insured?
    Absolutely! I am fully insured for up to $2 million E&O, and $1million E&O for my signing service which you can find through here to schedules an appointment.
  • I’m not in Wake Forest. Can I still work with you?
    I cater to a state-wide presence, so you have my support when you need it most. I highly advise that you book an appointment
  • Do you provide a fully-comprehensive service?
    Yes! I take pride in streamlining the overall process, I do have a mobile office readily available on-hand, complete with a scanner, printer, and copier for any last minute appointments.
  • I am interested in working with you. How can I locate your prices?
    I would love to provide you with a bespoke quote, so please contact me via email or direct via text message for more information. To give you a general idea, notarial act stamps are $5 and my profile can be found on signingagent.com for more information
  • I need a last-minute signing. Are you available?
    Yes! For your convenience, I work late nights and weekends, meaning I’m more than happy to take on last-minute signings or see my availability. Simply reach out via text to get started!
  • Is pre-payment required?
    Yes, due to the nature of my business with mobile loan closing signings, pre-payment is expected prior to our appointment. If you do need to cancel, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours advance notice. Please send an email to ensure availability and bookings.
